here's my two pence:
Osman shows some nice skills, and in some games he has been positively influential...but:
- his shots are often (but not always) too soft
- he can disappear in important matches
- his Zweikampfstärke isn't that great (sorry, don't think we have a word in english for that)
Overall, a brilliant lad, and a very good squad player who when on form is a definite starter...but not consistently influential enough. Pienaar is a similar player and has been more useful generally, especially as he also offers dynamic tracking-back to his game.
