The dilemma in my head is what do I think is the preferable option

A) Stick with Lampard, even though I feel he is out of his depth here
B) Let Moshiri carry out another of his previously far from successful managerial searches

And the honest answer is that I don't know and I don't like either option, but I don't see any other alternative options either.

We need to park all the personalities mate and look at the nuts and bolts.

I like Lampard, everyone does, but he’s proven he’s not up to it, it’s a hard job, hes had a good crack at it, I don’t think he can turn it around, he has to leave at this point his managing us is a threat.

Moshiri, we’re desperate, we’re relegation certainties if we do nothing, if you look at the past we’ve changed managers three times in and around this point with Allardyce, Carlo & Lampard and stayed up, it needs change, it needs a new manager to have any hope, personally I’d go out and get Dyche in the morning. I’m not supporting Moshiri here, but we’re stuck with him and we need him. Division at the moment isn’t going to do anything for us.

Plenty of time for civil war when or if we are safe, we need no distractions.

I doubt other clubs do this to their players. It shouldn't be something to even have to consider.

dunno bout that. Certainly not first time ive seen it. At Everton and other clubs.
Difference is now everyone has camera phones.

I'm not against getting Dyche in but I have no idea if that's who Moshiri would go for. I don't trust his judgement, which is why I don't know if we are better to stick with Lampard and hope for a mini miracle.

And that’s also a good point, if the labour market isnt looking too buoyant, if we want Dyche we really need to make the decision quickly because it looks like a number of departures will materialise in the next month or two

Disagree with all that mate. We don’t have time for ideology at the moment.

pragmatism is required but unfortunately this seems to constantly be the requirement because we have lurched from one footballing mistake after another
