We’ve been fortunate with the other results, doubt it will be like this next week… Remember: New owners ALWAYS make changes… C’mon Friedkin, get that contract signed!

i feel for all who went mate.

i think if we lose nxt week then dyche will be done with by all the support
I had a nice day out with my mate and his mum, very enjoyable, the football kinda got in the way a bit but the rest of the day was fine. Not long been home and sat with a beer watching the MotoGP from yesterday with a beer cuddling up to the two devil dogs and all is well with the world. Everton dont spoil my weekends anymore.

Mykolenko and Young obviously offered nothing at all going forward. Tarkowski again was rubbish, Keane fine but one of them needed to be dropped for Branthwaite as you clearly don't leave your only genuinely elite player on the bench when fully fit.

Mangala and Gueye tidy but both absolutely rubbish in the opposition half. But we don't have anything else.

McNeil and Lindstrom woeful as expected, and Ndiaye wasted out wide with no support at all behind him and crap players alongside him.

DCL completely out of the game as always. I think he could do more but not many strikers will excel in this team - we will probably see only a handful of through balls between now and the rest of the season and our crosses are mostly all hit and hope. He won't ever produce a moment of pure magic, sadly.

Huge pressure on Broja to be our saviour once he's fit, he simply has to come into the side, but if this tosser of a manager is still around he'll let him be fully fit but only introduce him some time in March once we're games away from safety.

A complete shambles from the manager, not least with his substitutions and failure to use others from the bench.

Today was a watershed moment for me. Even had we got a point out of the game it was a disgrace, it was bad enough last week letting Fulham have the ball and hoping for a point, or a win with an against the run of play winner. Today however, was a new low. Southampton are a very poor side their only plus is an ability to pass the ball, but, they are powderpuff and easily turned over. Defensively they are mince...so the great gingero decides we'll give them as much possession as they want and sit back and let them play.

As I say, a watershed moment for me. Up until the past two games my attitude was, well he'll probably keep us up, let him see his contract out and bin him in the summer, my view has changed now, after seeing his inept, cowardly tactics in our last two games I want him gone now. Mind you '3rd best manager of the club' and all that.
