Let's just have a bit of perspective here too lads, Southampton are a decent side we are not. If you split the league in terms of quality you've got

1st - 3rd = class
4th - 8th = good
9th - 13th = decent
14th - 20th = crap like us

If we focus on beating the crap like us and getting the odd result against a decent side we'll survive. I know it's depressing to look at it this way but it is what it is for us at the moment.

I can only go by the Everton.com commentary, but the only player deserving of a vote today was Pickford for keeping the score to a respectable 2 against, because it sounded like we couldn't score to save our lives today. Never mind, Man City next ?

Are you asking me how many players I would swap out of a half decent team and my own relegation threatened team? All of them if it gets us more points than the current ones do. If we had more good players then we wouldn't be where we are in the league.

All this Jekyl and Hyde talk is complete none-sense. Leeds were terrible last week off the back of their Midweek game at Villa and having one day less recovery. Come up against a decent Saints team today and our heroic blue mavericks are shown out to be what they really are.
