I coach an Under 7’s girls and we lose every single week. But every single week everyone of my players runs their little hearts out and tries so hard and gives everything for me, my assistant, their parents and grandparents supporting on the line and their shirt. Their parents pay the club £12 a month for their daughters to do this.


I watch a Premier League men’s team called Everton and we lose quite a lot. But every single game the players role over and die not giving a [Poor language removed] about the supporters, the famous blue shirt, our badge and our history. They get paid tens of thousands of pounds a week to do this.

We have players who would be performing much better than those living on their reputations from other teams.

The club is mediocre from the board to the management and playing staff right down to the tea lady. Get shut of the catering staff, get some decent tea bags and biscuits to instill some basic standards FFS! That’ll filter through the rest of the club and improve the results on the pitch.

Yes, on current form. But he has a track record of turning dross around. Believe me, I cannot believe I am even “wanting” either of them, but we are where we are.

Several of those players are capable of producing very decent premier league performances consistently and have proven it. They need a proper manager to ensure they either buck their ideas up or ensure someone capable can step in if they can't.

The likes of DCL and Kenny aren't underperforming. They don't need a rocket from the manager. They need to be playing in the football league.

When was the last time any of these had 3 good games in a row?

We are the worst team in the league. Everyone keeps going on about the defence and rightly so. But the midfield is absolutely atrocious and is killing our chance of even looking like keeping a clean sheet. They can’t keep hold of the ball, don’t press, can’t create anything and have absolutely no fight whatsoever.
