'The new picture, described today in a special issue of The Astrophysical Journal Letters, provides the first direct visual evidence that the giant lurking 27,000 light-years away at the center of Earth’s galaxy is, in fact, a supermassive black hole."

Not sure if correct thread but this guy makes the most amazing videos on YouTube. Takes a look at what alien life might look like, history of the Moon, latest one is about AI. Well worth a watch if you get chance.

Ha, that's a channel I was looking for unsuccessfully for quite some time because of a video I found a few months back that I couldn't find again... So thanks I guess? lol

Haha you're welcome - they blow me away. Well from Life Beyond Part 1 upwards, the older stuff I don't really understand.

Latest one dropped today and shows artwork created by AI, spooky.

One of my favourite docs for brekky, the conception, build, launch and legacy of the audacious Voyager missions, for my money a greater achievement than Apollo , and possibly the greatest of huge-manatee. This is an elegant, fascinating and warm, beautifully crafted story that leaves you beaming at the boldness, fortune and pride of the scientists and engineers involved and in awe of the two clunky little travellers now recast as our ambassadors to the stars.

In the words of JPL "Dare Mighty Things".
