I seen something saying they have the most money to spend allowed by FFP, if they give Conte 100-200m to spend then I can see them being right back up there for the title very soon.

Really?

They took out a £100 million loan with the BoE when the season paused, their debt is £770 million.

With their reported losses and paying out multi year compensation for the last 3 years on Poch, Mourinho and NES, and the Stadium debt, they were the most hardest hit with no fans, they lost the NFL, Boxing, Concerts.

I'd be stunned if they had the most wiggle room out of all the PL clubs.
 

I await for Mr Levy's upcoming spendathon. Given his previous shrewdness in the transfer market, it's hard to believe it was all a devious plan to blow it all in one go but what do I know?
 

Joke decision from UEFA that. No way does this happen to a RS or a Man Utd or one of the european elites if they ever find themselves in this position. What a great way for UEFA to showcase the importance and credibility of their new competition. They've just made it seem as even more laughable and worthless then it already was.

It's a Mickey Mouse competition designed to take the dross out of the Europa League and make that a more worthwhile competition. It's the Johnstone's Paint Trophy of Europe.

It didn't have to be though. It could of been somthing different and a fun competition giving different clubs a chance to compete with each other and offering certain clubs a chance to experience European football nights that they'd probably never get otherwise. They had that chance and they've squandered it. They've chosen to make it worth even less then the Johnstone Paint Trophy. Its worth less then the Simod cup was at this point.
