That's brilliant from Conte. He's a winner. If only we had any of of our Managers in the last 30 years speak the truth like this, rather than worry about their pay check, we may not have been in this huge mess we find ourselves in.
Moyes was happy collecting his pay with the self imposed glass ceiling, and the managers that followed were paid far too well and most likely signed up to agreements not to discuss after being fired. It would have been nice, I know Allardyce has a very low view of the board and the way the club is run but he has never really publicly come out bar the odd sound bite.

Does he? I’ve never heard or seen anything from that wasn’t fairly complimentary. Obvs he’s made noises about being sacked too early etc but even then I’ve never heard him say anything other than the usual ‘they decided to change’ type guff.

Behind the scenes club is a shambles is what I heard at the time he was in charge.
Certainly appears that way but wasn’t aware of anyone with genuine experience of it actually saying it.
Cashley Cole was did an interview the other day alluding to some of Franks problems were going on above him (also described Everton as a humungous club)
Lots of links to it now but;

In the interests of staying on topic, can’t wait to see how Levy deals with Contes comments yesterday. Unless a senior player comes out and backs him (albeit in a less meltdown kind of way) can’t see him lasting beyond the next game.

It's our own fault. Just look at how 80% of fans gave moyes a hero's send off at goodison in his final game after he'd signed to manage United. Utter disgrace. I'm not deluded to think we were then a bigger club that them. Of course not. And logically it was a step up for him so I didn't begrudge him anything but he should have been told politely to clesr his desk, leave asap and have a nice club statement issued. The way he went made us look, feel and believe in a small time outlook.

I can't believe he is still with us. He is literally doing everything he can to be sacked.

His football makes Mourinho look like Guardiola.

He picks the same players in the same formation irrelevant of who we are playing what form the players are in.

The sausage rolls are good though but for a fiver they should be.
How spursy is that? A traditionally large Jewish support and the only thing they get right is the pork based snack foods.

I think it was a surgical strike on his own job, personally.

International break is a handy time to get sacked and pocket your pay-off.
Whilst I don’t disagree it looked like that His contract runs out in June doesn’t it , so what 3 months wages ? Seems mad he’s that desperate for the dough .
