Whilst agreeing with firing Walsh, are we sure those boys were his signings?

I thought he joined us pretty early on in summer of ‘16.

The first 2 signed while Walsh was there. The rest after he left. He joined us early July.

I’m not convinced we have significantly addressed the short comings with our squad. Still need a centre midfielder who can dictate the pace of the game - N’Zonzi. Also still crying out for a left back - Rahman on loan with an option to buy would have been a decent shout.

The lack of a natural left back seems to be a glaring omission from the transfer window. I read what Fat Sam said on the matter but we could have had an upgrade without a massive outlay. We are starting at a fairly low baseline.

He was chief scout, regardless of when they put pen to paper he was then one who would have been watching them.

Agree on the midfielder 100% missing someone who can up the pace of the game or slow it down depending on what’s needed.

Not signing a LB in the 4 windows he’s been here is a sackable offence and I can’t believe he will be let loose again in the summer.
