One of the several too many old men 'running' the club. The smell of bleach, urine and old spice must be half the reason mosh needs a new stadium pronto.

The youth/younger player signings seem decent(lookman, vlasic) its the 'big ticket' signings that have been awful

....we know it as Unsworth who identified and progressed the DCL deal and Vlasic was spotted playing against us. I understand there is a network of Academy scouts (which I think includes Tony Grant) who are tasked with identifying and bring in up to 6 each season.

As I've been going on about since he took over the problem is the recruitment of players.

He has had £220m and only had to sell 2 first team players - Stones and Lukaku.

Yet when you look at our squad there isn't actually a logical first team you can field that doesn't have glaring problems with it.

Whether that is his fault or Walsh's I don't know.

But I'd be saying the same if we had Benteke or Giroud up front. The problem is we don't have any shape to our side and nobody who can break attacking lines with skill or pace. We won't create without a playmaker (think Arteta), a dribbler (Barkley) or some pace and power (Lukaku).

Given we've now signed and written off Tosun within a month I'm putting the blame on Walsh now.

Has anyone with any connections to the club heard any whispers about how he is received within the club? Ive never heard of anyone having a positive take on him, pretty much no one sticks up for him on social media, unlike the likes of Martinez, Bill and Moyes who have all had fans stick up for them, this idiot seems to have no one within the fan base, we can all see what a disaster he is and how its vital for our future he is gone, but inside the club do they feel them same way? Because if we don't we have a massive problem, so much so whoever we get to replace Sam, if we replace him that is, is going to have the same mess to work under/with

Did Walsh come on board before Koeman.....and if so, is being instrumental in the signing of the latter to be added to his rap sheet?
