The absolute cream of the crop of coaching talent put together, developed, along with the best talent scouting around.

They run for a fraction of what we spend/waste.

Makes me mad how much money we are just burning on poor choices. Walsh's wage alone would be enough to put together a dream team of the best emerging coachs/analysts/scouts.

For someone whose, it appears, job it is to help the club with either scouting or acquiring talent he SUUUURE spends a lot of time at our own matches. I guess its the whole "I mean, who KNEW of Theo Walcott before I found him!" theory.
