Unless Moshiri just doesn't know that you can release or appoint technical staff outside of transfer windows. I wouldn't rule that out, either.
There may well be clauses in his contract related to performance etc. I'm not sure how it would work with a DoF but it's common for managers to have targets written into contracts which can affect the amount of compensation you're entitled to. Sacking someone before it's formally confirmed that they didn't meet the target might mean it costs you £2m more than if you'd waited 6 weeks. If your replacement can't come in anyway because he's at another club it would be pretty pointless to get rid and shell out just so you could look like you were doing something.True this, we could get shut of him anytime so why havent we?
