Liverpool and Manchester are 30 minutes apart and are probably the two most developed cities outside of London.

Never really been a fan of the director of football position myself, why isnt it just the manager that picks the transfer targets? Hes the one who has to pick the team, hes the one who knows what he needs and hes the one that has to work with the players on a daily basis, seems like a case of too many chefs too me.
