Do people ever learn? If Moyes is interested in Naismith and in the very small likelihood we actually get him, then I will trust Moyes judgement on him.

For further reference on this read back on Gibson and jelavic threads.

Do I have to mention the Beattie and Kroldrup threads

I believe Daveys brother is mixed up in all of this.

He had his cut over the Jelavic deal didn't he? Another 10% being worked 'wor Kenny's' way?

Disgusting. There's a criminal case going on up there at the moment, you'd think Moyes would have noticed it and took heed. This is beginning to remind me of the Walter Smith/Dennis Roach connection.

Bloody Moyes using familial connections to sign talented players.

Davek, Surely you havent got a gripe about Moyes transfer dealings? It's well known he doesn't like selling and he's rarely done us wrong buying.

It's against FA regulations for that type of nepotism. They put them in place post the Craig Alardyce case. Family members cant be directly involved. The Jelavic deal was funnelled through another party IIRC.

If you cant see the problem there then you're not looking too hard.

If Kenny Moyes is the most prominent agent in Scottish Fitba then it's logical that most of the better players will be registered with him.

For us to go for these players we would unavoidably have to go through him.

It's hardly Blackburn and Anderson's son stuff.

Who says he holds the licenses of the best players [sic] in Scotland?

Btw, I've just noticed that Everton via Moyes have used his brother's pre-season tour organizer company 'Professional pre-season tours' 15 times...his brother has done nicely then out of Everton's trips to Austria, Italy, Switzerland in the past few years.

I wonder who's organizing this summer's tour?

Neither Jelavik (Pharos Sports) or Naismith (Stellar Sports) are clients of Kenny Moyes, in fact he appears to only have one direct client, a PNE player (though he is managing director of Libero Sports which doesn't appear to represent anyone of note) .

Agents dont work for just players mate.

Totally unfounded.
