Naismith is a do-er. He will do things on the field. He goes for it and plays for the team. Moyes will put him in the team, wide or behind Jelavic. This is what Moyes does. He will do that. He is a great signing the best black player since Pele.

Why the hell are people calling him Naisy? Does it take that much more effort to just call him Naismith?

Even though Dirk Kuyt is an utter, utter **** he's a good player and if Naismith becomes another Kuyt (albeit without the cuntishness) he'll do well for us. It's always handy to have a willing runner who can chip in with a goal now and again plus be able to raise his game in big games like derbies.
