yes you cannot class this game off the bench as he played 98% of the game it was when we picked the game up too!

May very well be he's not a world beater, but he's a damn fine option to have on the bench. What better player would you honestly expect to replace him in todays market who could have the same impact in the £6m-£8m bracket?

I'm not his biggest fan but as a squad/backup player he's ideal, always gives 100%, annoys opposition players and regularly performs beyond himself. He has his bad games too but I certainly wouldn't want to sell him.

I know what you are trying to put across, but as well as Besic looked before that injury - I like everyone else thought what the hell was RM doing fetching Naismith on , but today the proof was in the pudding maybe the competition for places is spurring our players on!

Sensational hattrick, but we cant afford to end up like last season with people unable to play the system and keep the ball. These games when the opposition comes at us are few and far between.

He's like Park Ji-Sung was for United a while back. Not someone you want playing against weaker sides where his lack of technique just makes him look poor, but his workrate, poaching, and all-around irritating play are great against bigger clubs.
