Oh, I didn't realise saying that your guests were company was an American thing. Learn something new everyday.

you are indeed correct initially spikeman, it's late in lcab towers and he thinks you are saying company instead of firm.

like... the company i work for/ the firm I work for.
 
Well me thinks 1-0 or 2-1 win for us would be nice if teta got a brace or anthor goal to make it 8/9goals from 8 games you seee we dont lose with a fit mikel in our team :D

Some nice observations there, like most Stoke fans I really have a lot of time for Everton.

I did not hear of any trouble for this fixture last year just some good banter and a friently atmosphere all round. To be honest their is very little trouble at the ground these days.

Based on the fact that we didn't have one shot on goal or one corner at the weekend, I'm going for a 10 - 0 win to Stoke (all set plays - 7 corners + 3 Delap missiles :lol:)

Loads of parking now in and around the ground would probaly recommend Knights BMW - good drink before the game can be had at PowerLeague, Harvester Pub or Hem Heath CC (beind academy dome) (y)

Where are the best places to go for away fans? My mate who's at Staffs Uni told me to go to the Terrace (I think?) But then he's a United fan, so he probably just wants me to get battered.

If you're coming by car - park near to the ground and head for any of the venues I've mentioned - away fan friendly and you can ware colours, if coming by train I think the police heard you to a nearby pub and then bus you in.

On the whole a good season, there is talk of quite a wholesale change of the squad come the summer, we need to get rid of Tuncay, kitson & beattie - for various reasons they are all not happy at the club.


We need a player in the Scott Parker mould in the centre of the park and some further quality additions especially up front.

I'm sure the transfer rumour mill will be in full swing very soon.

For some reason I completely missed the last line of your post where you mentioned pubs. I'm not with it today. Thanks for the suggestions! I'm getting the train, but think we're getting off a stop early to avoid being herded by the police (which we did at Blackburn).
