Fair play mick, but on the flipside we've dropped far too many points this season to opposition we could and should be beating relatively easily.

Thats something that definately needs addressing next season.

If Yobo played today, I expect Senderos to get a run out next week. Its a nothing game against a team with a cup final coming up, time to experiment.

He wont though.

Lets get something straight- we were poor today, but Stoke are no mugs. They are difficult to beat at home and have some of the top teams scalps under their belt.

It just really makes me laugh how people react in such a knee jerk way over one result and performance- 'need to take stock, too negative etc etc' We have played some fantastic stuff in this 2nd half of the season and Im looking forward to a fully fit squad next season that will be a match for everyone.

File today under poor result, poor performance and move on.

Trying to work out why were were so [Poor language removed] today, missing Pienaar didn't help and there's one more reason we have to get his contract signed now, but I think mainly down to us being badly negative and half arsed.

I've rarely seen us misplace so many passes. Saha was a disgrace like.

Anyway, we weren't going to qualify for Europe anyway so no point in getting all livid lids.

Moyes deserves better than that *casts a chunky morsel off the back of the electronic trawler*

Anichebe was the best player on the pitch.....

Says a bit about how others played. Not taking it away from Vic cos he's impressed me these past couple of weeks, but its below par from the rest of the team.

Im not too bothered....was a boring game.

I just couldnt figure out what Moyes was trying to do apart from defend. Think he just wanted a clean sheet after leaking too many goals.

It was strange really. Strange team selection, clearly looking for the sneaky 1-0, which to be fair we nearly got. Strange performances from quite a few players. Most strange tho, no one was arsed? Moyes wasn't particularly bothered on the touchline, Louis didn't want to play for some reason, Mikel forgot how to play football for a bit. It was like we'd been completely off form for weeks, which to be fair we have been a little bit, but still, strange.

Noone wants to criticise moyesy but it has not been for the first time. He has played players atimes who should be better on the bench and then had players on the bench who could have suited the style of play. He can be shocking atimes when we all expect genius stuff

Imagine if Man Utd are 3 points behind chelsea and come to stoke with A strong CB instead of an attacking fullback playing at RB,the only reason would be to win headers. Imagine Scholes playing in midfield,he wouldn't get his natural game right, referring to Osman here and Yobo earlier.

Distin,Jagielka,Yobo were all below below par and I can't find a reason for it but I know that we should have attacked more and should have made the spaces they made in the 2nd half. We didn't come all the way from germany like fulham via roads to look so tired.

Players have been dissapointing and look leased arsed, combine with Moyes' decison to leave yak, billy, rodders on the bench for Saha,Osman,Yobo just sums up my dissapointment.

It's about next season yes, but I don't wanna be too over confident and don't want anyone to be. Nomatter what you play in an everton jersey with pride or you stay back

Well that was a bit [Poor language removed] wasn't it?

Strange game, so many misplaced passes...

Oh, and if someone offered 4 or 5 mil for Saha in the summer, i'd bite their fukn hand off

So did we decide on Yobo as the scapegoat?

******* DISGRACE JOSEPH! David May out!!!

Fortunately I was too busy digging holes to watch that shower. We'll smash Portsmouth though, they'll all be too scared to get injured. 4 - 0 probably. Anichebe hattrick and Senderos with a 40 yard overhead volley smash.

Some of us aren't happy with being plucky old Everton. We have a superiour side to Stoke and had the players available to beat them. We have a good team and manager, I expect a certain standard of performance and the right attitude going into games like this.

And even if we didn't, I atleast want to see the right approach and mentality taken by the manager and players. We should play to our own strengths, unbalancing the side just to combat there set pieces and long throws isn't the way to go about things. It's negative and that was clear today.
