Noone wants to criticise moyesy but it has not been for the first time. He has played players atimes who should be better on the bench and then had players on the bench who could have suited the style of play. He can be shocking atimes when we all expect genius stuff

Imagine if Man Utd are 3 points behind chelsea and come to stoke with A strong CB instead of an attacking fullback playing at RB,the only reason would be to win headers. Imagine Scholes playing in midfield,he wouldn't get his natural game right, referring to Osman here and Yobo earlier.

Distin,Jagielka,Yobo were all below below par and I can't find a reason for it but I know that we should have attacked more and should have made the spaces they made in the 2nd half. We didn't come all the way from germany like fulham via roads to look so tired.

Players have been dissapointing and look leased arsed, combine with Moyes' decison to leave yak, billy, rodders on the bench for Saha,Osman,Yobo just sums up my dissapointment.

It's about next season yes, but I don't wanna be too over confident and don't want anyone to be. Nomatter what you play in an everton jersey with pride or you stay back

Greame Sharp actually had them two as his one and two for MOM. HA.

Story of our season, dropped far too many results against teams we would beaten last season, we really need to start killing games of and taking oppurtunities when they come along.

Lets get something straight- we were poor today, but Stoke are no mugs. They are difficult to beat at home and have some of the top teams scalps under their belt.

It just really makes me laugh how people react in such a knee jerk way over one result and performance- 'need to take stock, too negative etc etc' We have played some fantastic stuff in this 2nd half of the season and Im looking forward to a fully fit squad next season that will be a match for everyone.

File today under poor result, poor performance and move on.

Mate, you do fall into the bright side of life category, and that's admirable - but its not been a successful season, again. It's not good enough, we want more and we should get more. We have played terrible in many of the recent games, the reason why we are not in Europe is because we have ****ed up. It's as simple as that, we have thrown games away against poor sides.

How long do you think we can walk down this road of promise before it comes to a dead end? I'm not supporting Everton so I can smell the coffee and not drink it, you know what I mean? I'm not in it so I can salivate over just beating Chelsea and Man U at home. I want to go to the Champions League, I want to go to Wembley often.

Bottom line is we get chances and we fail to make the most of them. We have a first eleven capable of beating any team in this league, yet they have failed to prove themselves when we all know what they can do.

I'm not looking at arguing with anyone, but a forum is a place where people can react good or bad to an event. It's called a debate, it's not knee jerk reactions. We are reacting to an event, it's what anyone does in any form, sport politics etc...

I personally am not reacting based on this one performance. Like I am not reacting over beating Man U or Chelsea. It's a 40 game season, and now the season is effectively over, I believe the manager needs to take stock of what he has and what he has managed to achieve this season out of those players.

What's wrong with talking about that?

Some of us aren't happy with being plucky old Everton. We have a superiour side to Stoke and had the players available to beat them. We have a good team and manager, I expect a certain standard of performance and the right attitude going into games like this.

And even if we didn't, I atleast want to see the right approach and mentality taken by the manager and players. We should play to our own strengths, unbalancing the side just to combat there set pieces and long throws isn't the way to go about things. It's negative and that was clear today.

This.

It's not, it's 38 games. Your rant is void.

MICK WINS.

Score.

You know what I mean, Meth is kicking in.

I'd like to be able to discuss Everton without it being labelled as knee-jerking. You go to any pub around any ground in the world, and discussions will be had over their side - it's just reacting to an event. That's all it is. I don't see the issue.

What planet are you on lad? We have just lost only 2 games in over half a season to propel us up the league and your going mad at Moyes and the team? If your supporting the blues for glory mate then we dont need your sort. Try getting behind the lads instead of infecting others with your doom lad.

So not many happy with a nice point away from Home???

/hides

Well lets think about this.

1. Liverpool are laughing because we can't catch them, and how good would it have been to put them out of Europe?
2. We can't get into Europe and certain players may now see their future elsewhere.

Enough of a reason to show concern?

Doom cant be caught, you either have it or you dont.

I dont agree with the negativeness, but its their right to spout it, its a forum mate, we cant all chant happy songs, sometimes its really gash.

Clearly not on the same planet as you mate. I'm on Earth. Enjoy your mediocrity on whatever rock you reside on.

1. Couldnt give a flick about the RS mate, after the piss poor start we made im just happy we finished in the top 10, its a cliche and yes it does get boring, but 2 defeats in 23 games, thats title winning form.

2. I would like to think most players will look at Spurs and Villa and think its a good thing, they are paid good money, if they dont wanna be here, fine, sell them.
