We badly, badly, badly need pace.

And we have done for so long it's incomprehensible how it hasn't been addressed.

Not a bad performance, can't say Stoke impressed me much, just a big bunch of meatheads who bounce about hoping for a ball in the air. Their goal was a bit lucky, ours was a bit lucky, 1-1 the fair score.

One thing though, why bring McFadden on? He's inferior to Barkley and he's going on a free at the end of the year...don't see the logic there.

Because Everton are the team that give 30 something Scottish blokes a chance.

Jagielka was ****e was he, ok.

We played alright, it's just that Gueye isn't very good and we still don't have anyone that can run with the ball and shoot after 10 years.

10 years is a long time to wait before shooting after a run......

You do realise that you send the cannon fodder on before sending on a player like Barkley don't you? Especially against cat-horses like STOKE. FFS.

We get that and we will have a midfielder that can pass, a striker that can aim shots on goal and a winger who can run. WE WILL WIN THE LEAGUE I TELL YOU.

Don't see how anyone can fume at that to be honest. We played well but they came back into it well. We should have won it but just couldn't get the second goal when we needed to.

The performance wasn't too bad. It did remind me of the 1st half of the season where we passed it around nicely untill we got to the edge of the box and seemed to run out of ideas.

Ah well. Next Sunday another four goals at Molineux will make it a six point gap, then Chelsea tonk the RS the Tuesday after strolling the Cup Final and it's done and dusted. Just the final nail in Newcastle's CL hopes after that and we can all look forward to/hope for a decent start to next season.
