Honestly if the lads don't put everything on the line tonight and get three points then I will completely give up hope, this is the game to start a decent run of wins, string some together I domt how sloppy later on in the games, but a performance and win tonight will relieve some of the pressure.

I told myself a couple of games back that I was going to swerve Everton for a few games as it wasn't doing my sanity and fume levels any good at all. The cat leaves me a note these days on match day saying it'll come back when the anger levels have eventually subsided, but like a Siren, Everton lures me back every single time.

I'd rather not see three defensive midfielders start, but Id like to see Gibson and Besic start. We just need to get at them from the off, and be relentless. Mirallas and Lennon on the wings, with Casper behind Lukaku. The good ship Robles behind the sticks and the back four picks itself.

I've seen Stoke play and I expect a rough game tonight.

Incidentally, Everton have conceded 263 fouls this term - fewer than any other Premier League team.

Everton have drawn four of their last five League games at the Britannia Stadium, three of them 1-1.

I'll go for 1-1 again.

..................Howard..................
.Coleman..Stones..Jags..Garbutt.
.................McCarthy................
............Barkley...Gibson...........
..Lennon...................Mirallas....
..................Lukaku..................

That's what I'd go for. 4-3-3. Just 1 holding! 2 wingers and some creativity!!

Won't happen tho! I expect 2 maybe 3 holding, 1 winger if we're lucky and 1 or 2 out of posistion.

One fear I've got about us is that we've played with little confidence or heart for the majority of the season. If we lose tonight then we are most definitely in a relegation battle and I would question whether the manager or team are prepared for this. The old "sin miedo" maxim seems light years away at the moment.
