I highly doubt Spurs will sell to a Premier League club. He'll be off to Juve, most likely.

Linked to Inter this summer for 30mill apparently and they baulked at it ! Personally I would pay over the odds for him - wouldnt be out of place at any of the big clubs in Europe.
