Brands in his interview spoke about the transfer policy. Young established players with sell on value. He doesn’t meet that criteria and by all accounts suffered a really bad injury in 2016. Can’t see him coming to us.
Doesn`t really fit the Silva / Brands age profile.
Especially as Brands was talking about re invigorating the youth system in the near future.

It’s opinion I rather start Schneiderlin than untested academy players who we don’t know if they are good enough at this moment.
He's available on a free and was only on €3m a year at juve. That's around £50,000 a week. He might be 32 but would be a massive upgrade on schnidelin.
