I like Doucure he had a good season before that hes been pretty non discript bench fodder.
I can think of a few players in his position i would prefer who would likely be better value and have proven it over a longer period of time. to be honest we need more creativity in centre midfield then physicality and power.
The risk with im is big fish in a small pond etc and gets eaten up and spitted back out at higher profile club, sit on someones bench for a couple years pick up a fat wedge and end up back at a club like Watford or Palace. Sometimes players have a niche in those environments and i would be concerned he is one of those players.
I would be pretty amazed if Brands was signing lads from Watford and the like first of the bat.
