That's Mirallas' one big thing and don't get me wrong it's a biggy. But almost in every other way Lennon is better. He's faster, works harder, better defender, more a team player and wants to be here.

I would love Kev to stay because scoring is what matters most and he is a better player and younger but I think everyone is accepting that ship has sailed so it's just a matter of what price can we get.

If we're not careful we could end up adding Lennon to the 'Pienaar, McGeady and Naismith' pile, with 6m to spend on similar. We don't need Lennon unless it's to replace one of those.

If Mirallas goes we should be asking for serious money and spending the lot on a forward. Someone to complement and or step in for Lukaku as needed.

He doesnt want to leave, Swansea dont want to sell and they dont need the money mate.
He'll cost much more than we can afford and probably willing to pay (If we wanted him).
 
I agree other than spending ALL on a forward as then McGeady/Pienaar only options on LW. McGeady is useless and Pienaar cant be relied upon these days.

For me £12m for Mirallas who has two years left in his contract is dead cheap. Anyway if I am the manager I won't sell our best winger to Spurs (a direct rival) for one of their reserve player although Lennon is ok.
 

Depends on whether Mirallas forces the move, is able to play full matches etc...

Also 2 years isnt a long time, look at garbutt and others...need to lock him down or sell now.

Is the "Victor Fisher" interest still on? He scored a goal in his last game for Denmark. He is a serious player, that has had an injury, set back recently. Bouth Christian Eriksen (Tottenham) and Victor Fisher (Ajax), is Ajax academy students, and their style of play is said to be very simular. Very fast with his feet, Victor Fisher is.
 
I mentioned him along with the 2 ajax wingers as potential options on the left but not sure we have been linked with him in press?

Hes come through one major injury and seems over it and so his price would now probably be at the lowest...

But is he good enough yet?
