He can head the ball and that's about it.
He can't play a decent pass or bring the ball out. He can't mark his man. He can't even clear the ball without scuffing it half the time.
He makes last ditch tackles that look good but cover for his poor marking and positional sense.
An underrated part of the Goodison experience is when he wildly swings at a ball coming into the box, the fun part is trying to guess where it will end up.

Meh its very complex, theres dates all over the place, 1 things for sure, the window is open and has been for several weeks.
