No it wouldn't

Been poor for Milan and their fans are desperate for him to leave, he'll be 31 shortly after the season starts

Lots of players just don't fit at clubs, this might be one of those situations. Depending on the price this could be a good deal, especially if he re-discovers his form when he was in Spain.

Unfortunately he's lost the turn of pace he had at Sevilla, which was one of his biggest assets.

It's weird isn't it but a lot of strikers struggle big time in Italy and that's been the case for as long as I can remember.

My favourite non Everton player was always Bergkamp and even though he wasn't am out and out striker, It was amazing to see someone so talented struggle with his football at Inter.

I mentioned Bacca to someone on here a few weeks back to someone who watches a lot of Milan games as the ones I watched he just looked a very frustrated figure and a shadow of the player who was tearing it up at Sevilla

The lad has still scored 13 goals in 32 games this past season in Serie A and the season before that 18 in 38 games. They are pretty good figures for someone who has been 'poor' for Milan. Not only that Milan are a shadow of the side they once were. I would love to get him and I reckon he would bag a hatful for us.

Beat me to it by seconds!

His first season was good, but his last season was very poor in all honesty. Because he's declining physically, he's incapable of holding the ball up and getting involved in play, which are qualities we need.

So to sum up, he'd be a poor replacement for Lukaku. We can and should be trying for much better.

Zapata's record hardly marks him out as a successor to Lukaku. Would be a second string striker at best, as the quoted price suggests.

Lemina - why yet another central midfielder ? Surely it's creative attacking players that we need.

Niang - what the French papers are saying. I reckon we're not interested.

Chambers - the Daily Mail article says "Everton boss Ronald Koeman is still hopeful of signing centre-back Keane, but is not prepared to pay over-the-odds for the 24-year-old who has only one year left on his contract at Burnley"
The bold bit makes me think they're full of it. It's been made abundantly clear on numerous occasions that Koeman doesn't make those sorts of decisions for us.
