What I've noticed is that they're really down to earth and realistic fans, except few of them. Probably different than West Ham/Southampton who think they're Real Madrid level or something.

Out of every team that finished above us last year, only the RS did it without a recognised top level striker. Their goals were quite evenly spread amongst their front players, with others from CM chipping in with big goals. If Rom does leave I think it's doubtful we can replace his numbers alone, so our goals will need to be spread out a lot more, which to be honest is something that is needed if he were to stay anyway.
