Just a hunch, but if Dembele was in Boston (home of New Balance) then flew back home (possibly via FF).

Could it be possible he was shooting an advert or an interview or something like that? And the location of the shoot was FF?

Sandro, Dembele, Keane, Pickford, Batsuayi with strong rumours of the likes of Dolberg, Ihanacho (sp?), Sig and Giroud before mid July and I'd be more excited about the new season than I have been for quite some time. We're finally getting some depth for Europa league and the feeling of your stomach stroking out at the mention of 'Alcaraz' is starting to fade.

I remember the last time I was given last minute excitement on Deadline Day. Sitting there at around 9pm watching SSN and you hear 'we've just heard an England International has just arrived at Finch Farm!'. Hoping Rooney was heading back at the time, only to sign Gareth Barry.

It's clear we can't replace Lukaku or his goals with 1 player. However when you consider how many say Barkley, Valencia and Mirallas got as 3 lads playing in the positions supporting him, as a 4 we can get the same number of goals. We see that with Klaasen and Sandro who may get 20 between them. Add in a striker who gets 15 and sigordson/back up striker who add another 10 and we just spread the goals differently.

Wherever Koeman has been he likes a variety of strikers. At Southampton he had a target man in Pelle, a poacher in Austin, a workhorse in long, a pace merchant in Mane and a lad who could play accross the front in Rodriguez. I know he added others who didn't pay off but all offered something a bit different to the next.

I think this is why you see the Giroud/Jorgensen/san Jose links. If expect to see a target man come in. Probably a workhorse in the long mould and more of a poacher. I think Sandro is our Rodriguez and Bolasie when fit will be deployed like Mane.

Koeman above all else likes options and tactical flexibility.

I would like Batshuayi as part of any deal for Lukaku and also ideally either Christensen or Aki as I think we will get better value with players plus money as I cant see Chelsea stumping up 70mil plus in cash for him. Im pretty m'eh when it comes to Sigurdsson. By all accounts the boy Sandro can take a mean free kick and think he would cover this box while adding more in terms of general play. I would be in for Iheanacho and/or Dolberg as well as either a second striker or option from the bench depending on the system we play on a given day.
