I posted this a few days ago and it was glossed over, probably because I said I didn't rate Lukaku. Anyway, if Lukaku ends up staying because nobody will match our valuation, will RK use him next season due to his recent goal return or stand strong due to his disrespect to our club and bench him?

..I understand today is the summer solstice, here's Wednesday's rumours for the years longest day;

- The Sheffield Telegraph report Sheffield United face an uphill task to lure Jagielka from Everton.

- Club Call website say Chelsea interest in Lukaku has cooled because of the asking price and the club are looking elsewhere. The Daily Star and Express reckon Manchester United could sign the striker ahead of Chelsea.

- The Croydon Advertiser report Crystal Palace and Everton are tracking 17 year old Venezuelan striker Jan Hurtado who starred in the recent U20 World Cup.

- According to the Mirror, West Ham are trying to tie Pedro Obiang to a new contract amid interest from Everton.

- Tuttomercato say Sampdoria are lining up a deal for Diego Falconelli who has been on Everton's radar.

Hurtado is probably the only Venezuelan I don't remember from the tournament. Odd one.

This week saw an incredible rise in weasel sightings - hunters doing an incredible job tagging them - and we even saw first sightings of the 'Perennial Weasels'. There are five of these Perennials - FIFA and Legendary Pokemon meeting to faire d'amour - and we will catch 'em all over the summer.

Thoughts:

Great to see two Perennial Weasels emerging for another season of Summerwatch. As key members of the ecosystem with a track record, they are due some well-deserved bonus points.

Sandro's non-signing is causing problems, as we can't make anyone a proper @themole10 ITK magic yet.

Some early season signings have sent the Weasels into a furious mating storm. Just look at that list.

You have previously admitted that you have highly detailed knowledge of Venezuelan boys under twenty years old.

Although you have a penchant for adding these young specimens onto lists and subsequently post them on this very forum I wonder why you neglected to mention 'little Jan' ?

I also note that you reference the recent u20 tournament, this infers that perhaps you know this young gentlemen in a capacity outside football?

Morata, Lewandowski, Aubameyang and possibly Ronaldo now all rumoured to want to move in the summer and that's probably knocked Lukaku down most clubs wanted list and his price tag won't help but ok, that's football as our manager would say. If he stays he plays. Regardless of whether he's an arrogant pleb with a big mouth he's still one of the best young strikers in Europe.

What is the point of leaving your best player and top scorer on the bench to prove a point? If Rom doesn't play his market value will drop significantly and it would cause unrest in the squad.

The simple response to us not getting our asking price is simple. No sale.

Morata is going to go to one of Chelsea and ManU one would think. Can Chelsea convince Costa to go to China? Even if they do, pay up boys and give us Batsuhayi and we'll have enough cash to get Koulibaly and another striker like Willian Jose or maybe even Dolberg. Sell Barkley, McCarthy, a few others, sign Keane & Sigurdsson, and look out.

Costa isn't going to China, new rules came in were they have to pay 100% tax on the price of the foreign players now.

Example Costa 60 mil is given to Chelsea they then have to pay
60 mil in tax to the Chinese government
