No, but they don't have to rush either, even when you meet the release clause, all the paper work still has to be signed and submitted, by the selling club, then the registration of the player transferred.
Any release clause almost assuredly includes the amount of time they have to sign everything. Theres no way agents drawing up these contracts arent thinking ahead to that and leaving it open ended, which for example, could just let them wait 2 years to sign the paperwork.
