He can tackle and hes good in the air, ive just noticed him ball watching a number of times, not the level of player we require.
Fair enough if that's your view of him.
Personally I think at 24 he's only going to improve and in the mean time would be ideal to put alongside Williams and/or another.

Reminds me a lot of Cahill when he was at Bolton, better on the ball than him though, not exactly a brilliant cb, but would be good alongside a better one (much like Cahill has been tbf)

Peter Reid wasn't a 'winner'. He was a fighter - a character (which is a phrase that @Saint Domingo rightly used). Maybe I'm being pedantic but I just don't like the term.
Kone's won two league titles and an FA Cup. Irrelevant of what league he was playing in.

If you mean Schnedierlin won an FA Cup last season mate, i would hardly count a medal won in a game he was an unused substitute in really.
Similarly giving Robles a EL win when he didn't even make the match day squad for the final - even as the substitute keeper is also stretching things a bit honestly (same for the super cup for what thats worth)
The two/three Wigan players - yes they won an FA Cup, they also got relegated within 2 weeks of that win, so what does that say about their mentality?
I think when people quote 'winners' they are often referring to people who where a large factor in a team winning something and not in a tin pot league mate, people who have shown in their careers they turn up in big games may also be something they are referring too.
But my point wasn't about this or that, it was more questioning that our squad has a myriad of players who've won league and cups etc, it really hasn't - top of my head i'd argue the majority of teams in the league have more trophies amongst the players than we have for example.

I just saw a rumor posted that Arsenal are going to sell Sanchez abroad in the summer to Juve for 35 million euros. That definitely cannot be true, otherwise theres no reason for us not to go after him. Hes going to fetch much more than that. Still its nice to dream...
