WRD is the only ITK we can really trust but I just don't see how they can be, are Leicester really going to do a deal with there keeper this early when they don't even know who the manager will be next season?
Imagine in the summer trying to attract a manager and telling him BTW we have sold our keeper on you so your first job is choose a new one? I don't buy it, maybe because I'll be very disappointed if we do waste money on Schmeichel but either way it's just too early in the year.

Agree, the Schmeichel one is strange, but maybe he has a release clause in his new deal and we have met it? Maybe not, I don't know. We will see soon enough anyway.

The Keane deal is definitely believable . A deal could have been agreed in January but they didn't want to sell so as to try and avoid relegation.
Schmeichel be a bit harder to have agreed you would think.

Just seen his interview on sky and he seems like a grounded, if not a little bit dim, lad.

Agile with fairly quick reaction times.
Not that big though and I thought he should have done better for Zlatans goal.

Jury is still out for me.

Could be bang on the money there, that and being English, not sure what he was doing for that second goal, dont get me wrong he is good and will get taken by a top division side in the summer, but still got a long way to go to be in a top 6 side

Tbf Schmeichel is better then Pickford who is still learning, we need a keeper now tbf. Pickford better off playing for Sunderland for another two years or another club such as Watford.

They bought one those highly rated German young German keepers, like the RS did ( giggles) so maybe that'd be one reason why?

Based on that performance I would say he is no better than what we already have.

I certainly wouldn't be throwing big money at him or Sunderland.

Appreciate his leadership qualities, but Pickford is good. Faulting him on the Zlatan goal is crazy, his anticipation and positioning was the only reason he was near it. He's going to get better, too. His defense is putrid. What a bullet we dogded for kone. He's downright bad.
