I reckon after losing Lukaku the club will want to make a statement to show we are not a selling club.
I can see our transfer record being broken on a big name.
Wether that's a CF a playmaker or a CB remains to be seen.
Either way I think all of the Lukaku money will be spent on 2/3/4 players

Iheanacho, Giroud, Rooney and Hernandez all available for less than the 75 mill we will get for rom. No reason we couldn't realistically bring in 3 of those 4 with a big wedge left over to improve the team further. That's a far better strike force than lukaku, kone and velencia in my book.

You mean no reason other than the fact that they would not all sign because there are not enough minutes to go around right? All of those players will be wanting to play. Don't forget, Sandro is already here.

Iheanacho is a non starter as City wont sell without a buyback clause. Apparently he's going for £25mill and the buyback is £35mill, so I dont get how Leicester benefit from this deal.

Dembele or Batshuayi would be my first choice.
