There´s a massive drive in the media right now, in particular from Utd and Kopites, to talk Everton down at every opportunity. Just ignore it.

AFAIK we haven't spoken to any other strikers besides Giroud but we need a top striker ASAP IMHO. He is boss AF though and we should bring him in RN. If we got him the the fans would be AOTS. Especially with Rom going AWOL.

To be fair, you would hope DCL or niasse would be good enough to see off the likely level of opponent in that tie.

Was thinking DCL when I read the post. Completely forgot about Niasse. In fairness they struck up a good partnerdhip in the U23s last year.

....whilst there are quite rightly lots of plaudits for Walsh and Kenwright for making these deals happen, I wonder if Alexander Ryazantsev has played a major role in making the transfer process more efficient and business like.
