Summer Transfer Window 2017

He's not really been a dominant first choice LB since the days he combined with Pienaar under Moyes. Under Martinez he struggled against Oviedo and then Galloway and even Garbutt got a look in (which is the real source of his agitation with the last manager). This season he's been given that place back by Koeman but if this deal comes off for the Schalke player then it's obvious Koeman realises an upgrade is indeed necessary.

Koeman would go up in my estimations if we did slot in this chap or another to take baines place...as well as 2 top CBs and a keeper...

I felt baines started crying when Oviedo took his place then got injured and baines made his comments soon after.

GK: Schmeichal: £20 million

CB: Keane £20 million
CB: Van Dijk: £50 million
LB: Kolasinac: Free
RB: Martina Free

RM: Sigurdsson: £30 million

ST: Dembele £30 million
ST: Rooney: Free

Schmeichel

Holgate Keane Van Dijk Kolasinac

Gueye Schneiderlein

Mirallas Barkley Sigurdsson

Dembele

A very strong side- we can sign some astute players on Free's to bolster the squad and use the Lukaku money to bring in 2-3 big price tag players.

I would take a punt on Pickford over Schmeichel. I think Van Dijk will go to a CL club. Dembele will cost closer to 50m but I would take him and iheanacho for the cost of Rom. Rooney has been finished for 3 seasons. I think Barkley will go.

Would like take a punt on Ghezzal at Lyon whose contract runs out in the summer and perhaps the youngBelgium lad from Anderlect Tielemans although the competitions will be stiff their. Whatever happens there will be a huge amount of ins and out and we will need to do some early business to ensure we don't get ripped off when Rom goes.

Outs: jags, lennon, McCarthy, Mcgeady, Rom, stek, naisse, Geri, clev, Barkley

Ins: Pickford, Keane, martina, kolasinac, tieleman, Ghezzal, siggurdsson, Dembele, iheanacho.

No way in hell Dembele will cost £50 million mate. No SPL club will turn down £30 million they simply couldn't afford too.

all over the Bosnian press also that he is going to Arsenal

Sky are quoting the Bosnian report i believe, whilst on the surface a Bosnian player and a Bosnian paper having the breaking story sounds plausible.

until you look that the player playes in Germany, was born in Germany and lived their all his life, the only link to Bosnia is through his ancestry and playing for the national team. So a little strange that they'd have this ahead of much more sauced german journalists.

The Bosnian paper also has the world exclusive stating that the player was guaranteed by Wenger that he would be staying at Arsenal next season...

Smells like utter bs really

I'd be really happy if we had actual competition for every position. Don't need to replace the likes of del/lennon /kone/mccarthy etc because they aren't here or don't play in the first place.

Would be more than happy with keeping the first teamers but getting 3 or so more quality players in their prime. Our drop in quality between first and second team players is where the issues at, and having players either around 19-20 or around 30+, could do with some in the middle ground too.

Friend of a friend at Everton said double break, two metal plates fitted and two CM of shaved bone from Coleman. Few of the guys say its touch & go if he plays again. Still believe he will pull through being the fighter he is.

Said myself Zabaleta or Sagna would be great.
He will be running rings round the opposition with 1 leg 2cm shorter than the other. I am choosing to believe that he will be back in training in 5 months rather than your friend of a friend if it's all the same. Of the names mentioned as cover, Trippier would be my first choice.

He's welcome to stay and sit on the bench and bide his time for a LC outing or whatever.

I've said a few times that is Baines if a starting LB for Everton next season you can take all your hope and ambitions that you've built up in the last 12 months and put them on a bonfire, because him starting tells you all you need to know in reality about ambitions.

Why does it? Djimi traore won the CL mate... he was turbo gash
