Bid 25 m for Sinclair
He scored more goals last season.
Tierney is the one Celtic player worth taking a gamble on
Just saw that on the sky sports website. Originally he was being quoted at being valued at around £30-35m and I'll be honest I thought that was way too much for him regardless of his record up in Scotland but IF he genuinely is possibly available for around £20m or so then he's worth a punt on at that.
Marseille were apparently in dialogue with Celtic this weekend whilst they were in Glasgow due to a friendly with Rangers but Celtic apparently don't want to entertain bids till after the CL qualifiers?!....
Always takes longer to fill the last few pieces of a jigsaw.
especially if you get your jigsaw from a charity shop.In my experience that usually happens because some of the pieces have gone missing
Keane looks enormous compared to Jags
The same table suggests Jags won 90 aerial "battles" which, having watched him play for us for the last ten seasons, is completely unbelievable. It's been overlooked by a lot of people, but Keane is big and superb in the air
Statistically he was the most aerially dominant centre back in the league last season

I've only seen him once or twice but thought he looked good. This will be seen as me being deliberately contrarian, but he's a very good player and I said so when Hull signed him.
I'd welcome him to the club, would offer something different and is very consistent in his qualities.

I think his lack of end product is the main concern.I've only seen him once or twice but thought he looked good.
But because he played for Hull and looks a bit odd everyone is up in arms.
just sneak in and pinch Hernandez under the noses of west ham , no risk as has scored goals in our league before obviously a totally different type of striker to giroud but if we need someone to hold the ball up Rooney can do that job and also sandro
Agree with all that. I think we will push on to try and get Sigurdsson in before the big kick off in the premier league but a striker could take longer. But I'm honestly not worried about how long that could take. We've already got Rooney & Sandro in and imo those 2 will be enough to help us go through in Europe and see us through for the first couple of games in the premier league season.
Giroud could be hard to get and may take time. Depending on if we're willing to be patient on that one, it may take us up to the final hours to sign him! But we may think it's time we can't take and move on to other targets? Is Slimani a genuine target? Possibly seen as though Walsh watched him a lot for Leicester but he's another that won't come cheap. Would Dembele at £20m or so be a target, possibly? There's not really a flurry of quality, getable target man types of CF's out there for us to go for and I think that's why Koeman is being a bit pragmatic when he says he wants another 1 or 2 quality players as we may only end up signing Sigurdsson possibly and may not be able to get the target man we want?!
My main concern with him was that on the few occasions I've seen him play, he looked absolutely dire.I think his lack of end product is the main concern.
