He does have a knack of being in the right place at the right time for Orlando so has a pretty decent goal scoring record here, but he just walks around half the time and doesn't really put much effort in at all.

seems like a ready made replacement for Lukaku then

Gabriel Barbosa. Would defo have him on Loan, with an option to buy. Can't see much legs in it though, doubt Koeman will take a risk on a temperamental Brazilian who struggled to settle at his last team.

Would defo swerve Giroud for dembele, would much rather us play the long game, he may not be amazing next season, but by the same token Giroud doesnt guarantee top four and is 30 and will be expensive, i think Rooney already covers us up front for experience.

I'd have Barbosa on loan with option to buy (defo a player in there).

I want Giroud (for max £25m) for the next 2/3 years. We have this Henry lad & DCL (maybe good enough) coming back and we can also buy a replacement. Dembele isn't good enough in my opinon, certainly not now. I've watched him a lot at Celtic.

Barbosa, Sandro, Giroud & Rooney. Imagine! All 4 could potentially play at once as only Giroud isn't flexible position-wise.

Loan DCL out to the championship for a season.

Dembele looked good the little I've seen but admittedly only in Scottish premier matches so not much competition for Celtic in general.

Sounds like a great quartet to me! Someone tell RK

....a summary of Wednesday morning's rumours;

- ClubCall website suggest Everton are bracing themselves for interest in midfielder Tom Davies with Chelsea planning to swoop. The Daily Star go with the same story.

- According to 4th Official, Everton are about to hijack the deal of Newcastle United's 17 year old sensation, Lewis Gibson, from under the noses of rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

- Portuguese outlet, Correio de Manha, report Crystal Palace are the latest club joining Everton interest in Benfica striker, Raul Jimenez.

- At a press conference, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has issued a hands-off warning to all clubs linked with striker, Moussa Dembele. Rodgers said, "Moussa has been linked with 10 clubs, there's nothing in it from our perspective. There's no rush from Moussa, he loves it here".

- Everton are interested in Inter Milan's Brazilian striker, Gabriel Barbosa, according to Bleacher Report.

Vitesse goalkeeper Eloy Room has told the Dutch media he isn’t being distracted by rumours of Everton interest.

The 28 year old has been linked with a move to the Premier League side in the past week, following claims he could be lined up to replace Joel Robles.

Speaking to De Gelderlander, Room was asked about recent speculation Everton boss Ronald Koeman wants to sign him: “As long as there is nothing concrete, I don’t even think about it. I can imagine how it would be to go to another club, but it does not matter if nothing has happened.”

Last week we covered reports from the Netherlands that Everton are looking to sign Room as their third choice, with Robles looking for a return to Spain.

Everton have already signed Jordan Pickford, and with Maarten Stekelenburg as back up to the England U21 international, Room would be brought in as Koeman’s third choice goalkeeper.

It’s been suggested in the Dutch press Everton would have to offer up to €1.7m to sign the Vitesse player.

Room is contracted to the Dutch side until June 2018

Looks like Joel is off sooner rather than later.
