Fellaini would be a good shout yes but that won't happen.

After the whole Sigurdsson thing, I'm quite relaxed about things now.

We definitely still need to be busy, but I don't see anything of note happening this week.

We have to trust that they have got this and I'll support whoever they decide is good enough to bring in.

Hmm, good point about the "prem proven" road we seem to be taking (apart from Klaassen & Sandro). Even the likes of Giroud, Benteke, Dzeko & Vermaelen etc are all either playing in the premier league or have good experience of it.

I don't think Slimani is that bad but where Leicester paid well over the odds for him, they will want to recoup a lot of that back and I'm not so sure I'd want us paying over the odds for him. Now when it comes to likes of Dzeko, Giroud or Benteke then I wouldn't mind as I'd be more confident in those players doing the business for us but none of them seem getable.

Those links have died down big time! Dom King who is usually very accurate with his transfer info when it comes to us, reported in April that we were in talks and close to tying up a summer deal for Willian Jose yet nothing as been mentioned since.

Maybe he's someone we will turn to in the coming weeks now we may of admitted that the likes of Giroud, Benteke, Dzeko and the likes are out of reach?!....

That's what Koeman is after, either a ready made, proven quality CF like the likes of Dzeko or Giroud, or a you GS striker that's good but as the potential to be really good like a Dolberg but that isn't going to be easy to do when Giroud & Dzeko don't want to leave their clubs and Dolberg isn't available this summer either. Maybe Dembele could be an option, or Benteke, but I doubt it.

One thing Koeman as said, he won't go for a player that in between those choices shall we say, and make do with someone. If we can't get what we want we will go with what we've got....

Aboubakar wouldn't of been bad. Had a really good season at Besiktas but seems to be back in favour at Porto now, same with Brahimi.

Anderson Talisca would be good as a wide forward, wide player. Good, left footed player that would add creativity and goals to the team and height aswell. Apparently he's got a £17-18m release clause and he's another that was at Besiktas and did well....
