It would be an unpopular move as generally you don't go back. However we need a lad who can help get the best out of the others, and I sense Fellaini would be very good at that.
When he played up top with Cahill for a time with Moyes he was unplayable. You could easily see him recreating something similar with Rooney/Klaasen.

A vastly underrated player who would bring something completely different to what we have. He is one of United's best players. I thought he was top class here.

I am interested to see how Benteke does today too. He always exploits Liverpool's weaknesses but will De Boar utilise him properly? He also has attributes we are lacking.

Agree with all of that mate. I'd be delighted if we had Benteke.

I agree mate. We can't just have 1 system, and Koeman doesn't want that. So rather than just looking for a lad who could start every game, looking for one who can come in, impact from the bench, play in big games and who is experienced becomes more of a priority.

Only problem with doing that is you have to completely change the way you play to play to his game and imo that would be detrimental to our side and several of our other players

I think he could be a good solution for us but you're probably looking at £50m+ currently. Not sure we still have that amount of funding available.
