Summer Transfer Window 2017

In all seriousness, in the event that Rom goes we will need a genuine proven goal scorer, Icardi is maybe possible, as Inter haven't been great for a while now, and he doesn't seem to get on with their fans, or maybe Lacazette or Bakubambu (probably spelled horribly wrong) can't see any of these costing as much as Rom, but all could certainly do a job for us

And the fact that Jose has praised his defence ( second best in the league ) and slated his attacking options ( joint worst in the top 9 ) publicly wouldn't have any
bearing on your opinion.
Is Keane going to sit on the bench at old Trafford in a World Cup year.
If Keane had any ambition he will go where he is a guaranteed starter.
He won't be at Spurs ( best defence in the league ) or united (second best ) so his best options of the linked clubs are the RS guaranteed starter and CL football or Everton , guaranteed starter and EL football

He was a United season ticket holder and came up all the way through their youth academy, not a chance in hell he signs for the rs mate

This is my list and doable and all these players are in their early to mid 20's and would elevate the side.

Timo Werner.
Isco.
Julian Brandt.
Naby Keita.

The 3 german based players have been linked with the RS and identified by Klopp...We should go all out and get all 3 show who the new power on Merseyside is with a statement of intent like that.

Depends how much he'd be really

We'd probably get Heaton for less and he'd do just as good a job IMO

Think for the likes of Heaton, Pickford, etc it's easy to look good as they are invariably busier than keepers at the top end of the league.

Remember everyone said we should sign David Marshall as he was having a good season for Cardfiff? Same principle really

I'm not saying Joe Hart is perfect, but City fans liked him and I'd rather have a keeper who has performed for a top side than one who has been saving shots all season because he plays for a side who face loads of them.

..not overly keen on either. Hart is capable of major errors, Heaton is a shot stopper type not big frame and you rarely see him coming for crosses. If I recall correctly, both are the wrong side of 30. I'm hoping we unearth somebody that we're not linked with because none of them appear to be a significant improvement.
