That's only including players who (I think) we've either bought, or have had senior experience somewhere. Monaco's change in strategy a few years ago was basically 'get loads of great kids and assume a bunch will make it', so hopefully our long-term recruitment is better than our short-term.

Chelsea also started it a while back and make a fortune from loaning out and moving the players that don't make their first team on (more or less 100%)

I watched the United game at the weekend and i can't remembder him winning one header against Maguire - although he did win a lot of free kicks becasue now he's in a red shirt when he falls to the floor for no reason the ref will blow.
