Is it not a Simialr formula to signing lukaku. Sign a young player from a
Champions league team who has had a relatively tough time but has real potential.

Not for me although I'm no batshuyai expert however benteke has snapped an Achilles which massively hinders any explosiveness he didn't have anyway he is also very very 1 dimensional. Yes if we play percentages and get xx crosses in per game he will do well but personally I don't see any team with benteke as first choice striker ever finishing top 4 in the premier league

If you look at our team at present which of the 6 teams above us would want our players in their side? I can only think of Coleman, schnerderlin, Davies, Gana, Ross and rom. Even if we keep Ross and rom, it still requires us to sign 5 or 6 players to challenge the top 4. Sell rom and Ross your talking nearly a new team.
