...I find it hard to judge too. Pickford is the right age but he doesn't look physically imposing enough for me, mind you I thought similar of the United keeper when he came into the league.

Same mate, a lot will depend on who we end up with in front of him as well, if it ends up as Keane and Virgil then a big grock of a keeper isn't really needed.

I'm sure I read somewhere. Dier saying that he really struggled at Everton. Coming from Portuguese youth football.

Personally I think he's overrated, good player but nothing special.

The list of positions that have become a priority is growing. GK, CB x2, RB, AM, ST x2. Not sure whether to be excited or concerned!

Think it's fair to say that if we find a quality player available in any position whatsoever we should probably sign him. Except maybe centre mid.

Duffy is decent and we shouldn't of sold him, but he didn't suit Martinez' style. But Keane went on and took his championship form into the Prem and has performed well all season.

We signed Jags after similar circumstances back in the day and you could say he's been our best CB of the premier league era so that didn't turn out too bad did it?!.....

Maybe part of the reason we don't play with an outright number 10 though is we don't have anyone whose good there mate
