It is, but he won't get that breathing space in the prem, and we don't create a shed load of chances. I'd like him as a back up to a superstar striker, as he's got more about him than DCL.

Never seen so many finishes from inside the 6 yard box, like ridiculous that ALL of them are from that distance

Sometimes you just have a gut instinct about a player. Some people predicted Van Dijk to be a flop in this league whilst others had a feeling he'll be a revelation. Others had the same feeling for Funes Mori.

Nothing wrong with that and it's all opinions, my opinion or feeling in my stomach is that Dembele can be a 15 a season goal scorer in this league whilst Abraham whilst a talented looking kid, will struggle in the PL against tighter defences with higher quality of defenders than the championship. Dembele absolutely shown Man City up in the CL for me he's worth the gamble. Celtic have scouted some decent players tbf to them in recent years with Van Dijk and Wanyama.

Think they'd both be a hit in the PL eventually.

Media outlets pushing the Van Dijk to Liverpool narrative hard

Would be absolutely gutted if he went to them, so I bet it'll happen

Don't see it myself mate, he's just gonna be the one that the media hits up hugely with links to any click bait-able team (Chelsea, City, United, rs) all summer long, rs buy from saints a lot, the rs need a cb badly, easy link to make, ignoring the fact they will never in a month of Sundays pay 50m for him or any defender.

As most of them seem to be trying to run sahko to them as part ex etc, kind of sums up story really

Yeah but i often see the comment about winning either side of Lineker being there, which ignores one crucial thing, we where flying in the league and would have won the thing if Southall hadn't been injured playing for Wales. 8 points clear in February
Good point, but also if Lineker hadn't bottled it that night at Oxford;):)

Harry Kane doesnt seem to be struggling against tighter defences with higher quality defenders.

Scored 14 in 56 games in the lower leagues before retuning to Spurs.

True mate although Kane is one of the best forwards in the league, many others have done the business in the Championship then flopped making the step up. All about opinions you believe he'll shine I personally don't. Neither of us are Ronald Koeman who ultimately will make that call like he done on Van Dijk whilst RM went for Mori. Let's hope our manager makes the right call this time when it comes to signings!
