He's got 20 league goals (and it's league goals which count if you're talking about aiming for top 4) once in his entire career. Which included four goals against Bournemouth and a hat-trick against Sunderland.

So what you gonna do now? I'm worried you won't get through these four months without being able to demonstrate your superior scouting and recruitment knowledge.

Mind you the new FIFA is out in two weeks so I'm confident you can hone your skills to new levels just in time for January.

Well, the dust is settling on another Summer Transfer Window.

Some good business done early on.

Like many on here i'm disappointed we haven't got a centre forward in, not to replace Rom, we haven't got the money or the kudos to attract that calibre of player, but another option to DCL ,Rooney and Sandro would have been good to have. Yes, we have Kev and Niasse, but are they really gonna play for us this season?

My main area of concern however is LB.

We have left ourselves woefully short in this area.

Baines is quality, but at 33, has he got a full PL season in his legs? Thats without the Europa League and (hopefully) a couple of half decent cup runs. Any injury to Bainsey and we are struggling.

I know people have said Cuco can play LB, but c'mon, if the lad was that multi talented , how come we got him on a free?

I'm comfortable with Ash and Keane at CB, with cover from Jags and Holgate ( needs to loose the mistakes from his game, but a steady CB/RB in the making), We also have mad dog Besic, who can and will, play CB this season.

Suppose we'll never know if he was or wasn't considered,although his Bundesliga scoring record isn't too impressive so maybe not seen as a Lukaku direct replacement.I think the club were burned by Niasse and so are being cautious.Finding then signing someone with a proven scoring record in the Prem is going to be difficult to impossible as City have found.And the word grock wouldn't fill many with confidence.

Agree on LB. A bigger concern than CF.
