..it wont be based on the low release clause alone though, maccavennie. We know Walsh is a stats man, the interception and tackle numbers for Gueye was the key factor. I'm sure he looks at attacking statistics for Henry and Sandro as well as watching them personally before recommending a bid.

Aye pretty much this, i post a lot of guff in here tbf, but anyone Walsh picks up i'm interested to see given his record of picking up players i've never heard off

Top scorer in a league with a fiar number of assists from the left wing is a stat that would have stood out instantly i reckon

Utterly brilliant at doing just that, but fr some reason, never made the step up to the higher English leagues. His daughter is married to Kelsey Gammer.

On Onyekuru - wouldn't be shocked if he was for the U23s to begin with.

I'd actively protest signing Andre Gray. I can roll my eyes and tolerate players being knobs, but saying you want to burn all the gays makes you someone who should never be associated with a football club that has any self-respect, and I don't care if it was five years ago, end of. What does it say about condoning that attitude? What does it say to any young gay kids in the academy?

Steven and Kanchelskis are two of my favourite players I've ever watched for us mate, so yeah got a soft spot myself for them
