I appreciate your sentiments.I'm sorry to hear about your family member being ill, cancer is a horrible disease and probably everyone on here knows someone who has had it. What I'm saying is that I think it's unfair to not sign someone if they have fought it and made a full recovery. Would you not want your local MP or the Prime Minister to be someone who has recovered from cancer, of cause not. If a player is fit and passes a medical, good luck to him, I would welcome him at Everton.
Let me be clear, if we do sign him he'd probably instantly become my favorite player just due to his and my own circumstances and I'd back him 1000% but I feel it's different electing someone and purchasing (upon completion) the right to offer an extremely lucrative contract.
