I like Fellaini. Would have him back any day.

Fact that United have won 2 trophies despite not being all that, should hopefully show our board success is possible. Might get them into action. But we'll see.

Rooney has the prem experience, proven quality and would be cheap, leaving funds for an expensive signing or 2.
