I think the hope with Bolasie is that he has moments of magic and that there is potential for him to get 10+ a long with many assists. I also think it was to keep Lukaku a little bit happy too as they are mates.

What I like about Bolasie is that he is always POSITIVE on the ball, looking to create something. Sometimes with the likes of Mirallas, he doesnt drive at his man, once he lays teh pass of its like "well thats my part done"

Hard to judge Bolasie, had plenty of positive moments before the injury, hoping he comes back stronger. We could have done with him in the last month or two. A player like Bolasie can be frustrating because sometimes he will fail to beat his man or whip a poor cross in (a bit like Deulofeu), but the question is, is he doing the right things enough to warrant a few poor ones.

He'd have shown alot more against Arsenal than anyone played.

True - likewise with Bolasie, don't see why Koeman would get rid of Deli (who i see as the better of the two) because of inconsistency to get Bolasie in for that amount of money.

I just feel like it was a bit of a we have to spend money on whoever is available sort of moment last transfer window, hopefully he comes back and proves me wrong.

If we sign Cuco, it will be on a contract starting on the 1st July. No point signing him before preseason, especially as Saints will pay his contract up until the 30th June.
